The house was beautiful, big enough for our larger party, and a gorgeous location. The neighborhood was peaceful and close enough to Lucas Oil and the Fairgrounds for our needs. The property was wide and expansive and gave us great room.

Grand Park? Stay here! We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at Grand Park and this place was excellent for down time. Served as a base for resting and recharging. Lots of room to spread out or come together as we pleased. The house is well appointed, charming and very clean. Our host was proactive & her instructions were very clear. Noblesville is a charming downtown to spend time in as well. Five stars | We will be back!!

Lovely home that was in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was a described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was plenty stocked with everything we needed, and the kids loved the game room. Very neat and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our group! Tons of room and a great location. The house was super clean and Jennifer, the host, was always very accessible and responsive. The Keurig was broken so I sent her a message just to let her know (no big deal for us) but she had a new one delivered to the house within just a couple of hours!

What a gem of a little hideaway!! Perfect secluded cozy place with plenty of amenities and more importantly plenty of tranquil peace and undisturbed nature...The upkeep inside and out was absolutely a joy to watch.. As a small business owner myself, I have nothing but great things to say! cant say enough. We really truly enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay here whenever we go back to our original home in Indy! Jennifer was an exceptional host with the upmost communication, information, and anything in between! These are rare commodities these days. Most are more worried about their bottom line as opposed customer service. Jennifer's place was exactly what we needed. It was close to everything in Noblesville, and had private bathrooms for each of our three couples. It was an ideal alternative to a hotel, with more space, better location, and less expensive!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless from top to bottom and so well cared for. Everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting, and the space had such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The host was great with communication and made check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb!

Honestly one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed at. Modern and new appliances and an incredibly well stocked kitchen, very clean, lots of nice little touches that really elevated the experience. Loved having the river right there and the kayaks were a blast.
