We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer place! The home was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. When we requested a slightly later checkout, Jennifer graciously accommodated us without hesitation. There was unexpected early morning roof work one day, and Jennifer promptly reached out with a sincere apology and even offered to cover breakfast or lunch as a gesture of goodwill. Although we didn’t have time to take her up on it, we really appreciated the kind and thoughtful offer. Their communication was fast, kind, and professional throughout our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I needed a place for my kids and grand babies to stay, while I was taking care of other family. Jennifer’s place was just right! A quick walk to downtown, a Saturday visit to the Indy Children’s museum, and always so easy to reach out and have Jennifer respond. And such a cute place, with a game table for the older kids to keep them occupied. I am SO grateful for your place. I would recommend to anyone!

Jennifer was an amazing host that went above and beyond to accommodate our party during a long term power outage. Great house and a great host! The boys loved the arcade games, ping pong and hot tub!

A great spot located in the cutest little town!! We enjoyed it so much we didn’t mind just hanging around the place!!! Plenty to do in Fortville but the space was so warm and inviting thank you so much

Although from the exterior, the house seemed small, it was absolutely perfect on the inside. A well appointed kitchen offered a great place to prepare meals for the group. The mattresses are quite comfortable and the pillows may have been the best I've used at an Airbnb. The bathroom is quaint, but the water was warm and water pressure was great.

As soon as we walked in, my 10 year old gasped and said “this place is amazing!” We felt right at home and settled in quickly, with comfortable beds and a cozy living room, we felt instantly relaxed and happy. Home has wonderfully fun art throughout the space and fun furniture in the multi bed room. Jennifer was proactive in sharing information and always responded within minutes of each of my requests, always with a friendly voice. She even went above and beyond to return a beloved jacket my kiddo accidentally left in the closet. Jennifer is the best host we’ve ever had, and we plan to book again the next time we are in Indy.

It was exactly what I was looking for. I needed each bedroom to have a bathroom of its own. Jennifer was super responsive and answered all my questions since it was my first time. The house was in excellent condition and would definitely use again. The location was great. Thanks!
