My family really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful little house. Very clean and accommodating. Perfect for our needs! My children loved the game room!!! Would highly recommend to anyone!

A great spot located in the cutest little town!! We enjoyed it so much we didn’t mind just hanging around the place!!! Plenty to do in Fortville but the space was so warm and inviting thank you so much

Although from the exterior, the house seemed small, it was absolutely perfect on the inside. A well appointed kitchen offered a great place to prepare meals for the group. The mattresses are quite comfortable and the pillows may have been the best I've used at an Airbnb. The bathroom is quaint, but the water was warm and water pressure was great.

Jennifer’s place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were in the area for meetings and didn’t spend a lot of time there - but we enjoyed the place very much.

Gracious host left a welcome bag with local goodies. Perfect home away from home. Fun game room for the grandchildren. Extremely clean , great bedding and plenty of pillows for all.

I’ve paid substantially more for substantially less. Price is average for me l prefer a bit more upscale than the $89 a night joints. I fully intend to reappear next year for my second reunion with my Marine buddy. WE had an awesome time, first rental that l could run multiple Xbox consoles simultaneously. High speed internet is the real deal. And the kitchen is great as well. I love this place. My buddy says he votes Five Stars as well.

Jennifer's place was nice and cozy for our two-night stay. We wanted to be close to Indy, but well enough away from the traffic and this fit the bill. The only issue we had was a couple of the games in the game room were not working during our visit, which was a bummer since the use of the game room was part of our finalizing decision to rent the house. She still gets a 5-star review because she offered to come over on Saturday morning and see if they could either get the games working or bring a couple of different ones over. We ended up not taking her up on this because we had plans to visit friends for the rest of our trip and headed out early the next day. With her proactive response, I would believe this issue would be resolved before future bookings. Overall, very comfy spot, with everything needed for a great stay.

Jennifer was great!! She was quick to respond to any question and always available when needed. We needed to extend our stay while our house was evening built and she was accommodating and the house was very clean and had everything we needed for our long stay.

First off…the place is perfect! Has everything you’d need and more! 10/10 would highly recommend! The big thing was Jennifer’s communication! She was very sweet and awesome to work with! I will definitely stay here again!
