KAYAK USE POLICY: Guests are welcome to use the kayaks provided during their stay at their own risk, as long as river levels remain at or below 6 feet. Life Jackets must be worn at ALL TIMES. For safety reasons, when the river level exceeds 6 feet, access to the river will be restricted and the kayaks will not be available for use. Elevated river levels create strong currents and hazardous conditions that make kayaking unsafe. We appreciate your understanding and ask that all guests prioritize safety while enjoying the river. HOT TUB: Guests are welcome to enjoy the hot tub, which comfortably seats up to 5 people. Use is at your own risk, and we kindly ask that you follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines. For everyone’s comfort and safety, please: Shower before entering to help keep the water clean Do not add any soaps, oils, or chemicals Turn off all jets after use Always close and secure the cover when you're finished Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and relaxing space for all guests!
