This was my first long stay at a location and Jennifer's apartment and neighborhood was amazing. You are never from a grocery store and restaurants. Jennifer was immediately respondent to any inquiry I had. I would definitely come back to this location again if I was back in Cape Coral. ***Family Vacation*** The apartment was sensational! Everything you need was available. We were very pleased with everything. Kitchen super equipped, everything you need is available. We were very satisfied with the apartment! Very flexible at check out! Thank you again for the great time! ***Temporary housing stay*** Jennifer and also Jake were the perfect Hosts. Any questions or concern I had were answered or resolved quickly. The park is only steps away. The canal view was so relaxing. I can recommend this rental to anyone that needs a place in Cape Coral. DINING: So many good places to eat. Here are a few: 🍽️ Bread Pete (3 min) - Fresh pastries, breakfast and german sandwiches. The pressed Bread Pete sandwich is a must try! 🍽️ Twisted Lobster (10 min) - Great daily specials!!! Check out their website. Clam Chowder is a must try and they have delicious lobster rolls! 🍽️ Boat House - (11 min) Great waterfront dining spot! 🍽️ Ceno Grille - (13 min) One of our favorite Italian spots! 🍽️ Fins Seafood & Dive Bar - (5 min) Great local spot. We love their Crab & Shrimp dip and their Shrimp Enchiladas. They also have a great burger! Just a few ☺️ Happy to make additional recommendations 😁
